Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of gamblers services, you are required to register a valid account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user may only hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
User Obligations Upon Registration
- Provide your full name, date of birth, and accurate contact information.
- Choose a strong password and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify gamblers immediately if your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Keep your profile information up to date whenever changes occur.
Platform Security Measures
- Two-step verification can be enabled in your account settings.
- All passwords are stored in encrypted form.
- Unusual login activity will trigger an automatic security check.
- Login sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity.
Gamblers will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Gamblers users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts. By using this platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates the law, damages the platform, or harms other users.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gamblers platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical glitches for unauthorised gain.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Registering under a false identity or using another person's account.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Distributing unlawful, obscene, or harmful content through the platform.
- Accessing the account from a country or region where gamblers services are restricted.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and appropriate legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the gamblers platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). gamblers supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods listed in the user's account dashboard.
Deposit Terms
- Only payment methods registered in the user's name may be used.
- Minimum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Deposits must come from legitimate sources unconnected to any illegal activity.
- Gamblers reserves the right to hold deposits for security review where necessary.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to the platform's current policy.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Gamblers does not charge any additional fees imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers. Users are advised to check their bank's applicable charges before making any transaction. All completed transactions are final and cannot be reversed except under circumstances specified by platform policy.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Gamblers is not liable for any losses, direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or unexpected game outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times.
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
- Breach of these terms and conditions.
- Reporting of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Voluntary self-suspension requested by the user.
- Account inactive beyond the stipulated period.
- A court order or directive from a relevant authority.
For accounts suspended due to fraud or serious violations, gamblers reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance and refer the case to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the gamblers platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of gamblers or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

The gamblers platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. gamblers is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
